FAQ & what to expect
You do not need to know exactly what to ask or how a spiritual session works. These answers will help you choose, prepare, and understand the boundaries of each service.

Each session begins with a brief explanation of the process and space for your intention. Marichu will share what she receives without forcing a message or asking you to surrender your own judgment.
You may ask questions, decline a topic, request clarification, pause, or end the session. You remain responsible for your choices and interpretation.

How should I prepare for a reading?
Choose a private, comfortable space and arrive with an open mind. You may bring a few questions or the names of loved ones, but do not send detailed background information unless it is necessary for scheduling or accessibility. For virtual sessions, test your device, audio, internet connection, and meeting link beforehand.
What is the difference between a psychic and mediumship reading?
A psychic reading focuses primarily on your life, patterns, choices, relationships, and possibilities. A mediumship reading focuses on communication associated with loved ones in spirit. A session may naturally include elements of both, so you do not need to choose perfectly in advance.
Can you guarantee that a specific person will come through?
No. Marichu cannot guarantee a particular spirit, message, detail, prediction, or outcome. You may hold someone in mind, but the session follows what is received rather than forcing a connection.
Will you tell me exactly what to do?
No. Information is offered for reflection, not as an order or certainty. Marichu will not make your decisions, claim that Spirit requires obedience, or use fear to pressure you into another service.
May another person attend my private reading?
Ask before the appointment. A quiet support person may sometimes be appropriate, but their presence can affect privacy and the flow of the session. Everyone present must respect the client agreement and recording policy.
May I record the session?
Not unless both you and Marichu agree in writing beforehand. You may take personal notes. Sessions may not be livestreamed, republished, used commercially, or entered into an AI system without written permission.
Appointments
Virtual sessions, timing & policies
How do virtual sessions work?
You will receive a secure meeting link before the appointment once booking opens. Join from a private location using a charged device, stable internet, and working audio. Do not participate while driving or in an unsafe environment.
What happens if I am late?
Your session may be shortened to protect the next client’s time. Arrival more than 15 minutes late without communication may be treated as a no-show. Current cancellation and rescheduling rules are listed in the Terms & Client Agreement.
Are readings refundable?
A completed service is not refundable because a desired person or message did not come through or because you disagree with an impression. If Marichu cancels and cannot reasonably reschedule, you may choose a refund for the unprovided service. Other cancellation rules appear in the Terms.
Do you work with clients under 18?
No. All clients and participants must be at least 18 years old. This age requirement applies to individual services, private groups, virtual gallery readings, events, mentorship, and all other offerings.
Is my session confidential?
Marichu uses reasonable care with client information, subject to applicable law, safety concerns, payment processing, and necessary service providers. Absolute confidentiality or data security cannot be guaranteed. Testimonials and identifying details are not published without permission.
Specialized services
Energy work, animals, groups & homes
Are Reiki and angel healing medical treatments?
No. They are complementary spiritual and wellness practices intended to support relaxation and reflection. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent illness and do not replace licensed medical or mental-health care.
Can an animal reading replace veterinary care or training?
No. Animal readings are intuitive and reflective. They do not replace veterinary diagnosis, emergency treatment, behavior assessment, training, rescue services, or other qualified animal care.
What is the difference between a private group and a virtual gallery reading?
A private group is reserved by one family or circle of friends and may be held virtually or in person for up to 10 guests. The virtual private option lasts 60 minutes. A virtual gallery reading is a public 60-minute Zoom event with up to 10 individually registered ticket holders. Neither format guarantees that every participant will receive an individual message.
Does every group participant sign the agreement?
Yes. Every adult participant must accept the disclaimer and Terms & Client Agreement before receiving the Zoom link or attending. The private-group host is responsible for ensuring that all registered guests complete this requirement.
Will every guest receive a message during a group reading?
No. Marichu will connect with as many people as time and the natural flow of the session allow, but an individual message cannot be guaranteed for every guest.
What should I expect from a house cleansing?
Before confirming the service, Marichu will discuss the property, your concerns, travel, access, occupants, animals, sensitivities, and safety conditions. The client must own the property or have permission to authorize the service. A cleansing does not guarantee changes to a property, health, relationships, legal matters, value, or reported activity.
What does spiritual mentorship provide?
Mentorship supports intuitive and mediumship development through education, exercises, feedback, ethics, and personal reflection. It does not provide professional licensure, certification, employment, income, mental-health treatment, or guaranteed abilities.
